Typically, the delivery of consulting is a short AS-IS and TO-BE situational mapping and analysis of our Clients Supply Chain.

The purpose is to identify how Syncorder’s technology can be set into operation in an efficient manner, to improve performance of key performance indicators such as costs of order operations, inventory levels, manufacturing utilization or customer service levels.

The analysis would typically be done in the form of a workshop, where the processes and actual numbers would be looked at. The outcome would be a suggestion for what to change and how.

The implementation would typically take a few weeks, with bi-weekly follow-ups to discuss the progress and action points.
